How do I return my order?

  • UK customers, enter your order number and email address. Then, select start your return.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • When you’ve completed the return process, you’ll receive an email. This confirms your return has been approved and will have a QR code/label attached explaining how to return.
  • International customers must email us at customercare@laspace.co.uk to initiate the returns process.

 

Am I able to return my order?

  • UK customers, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving them. You then have a further 14 days to get the items back to us.
  • International customers must email us at customercare@laspace.co.uk to initiate the returns process.
  • All returns must be in their original resalable condition.
  • All returns must be complete with their existing tags and packaging, if applicable.
  • All clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Please email customercare@laspace.co.uk if you wish to exchange.

When will my return be processed?

  • Once we have received your return, it will be inspected within 5-7 days. Once inspected you’ll receive an email notifying you if the return has been approved or rejected.
  • If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 days. Please do not contact us chasing refund payments until 10 days have passed as it can take banks this long to process payments. We will not investigate anything until 10 days have passed.

 

Do I have to pay for my return?

  • Yes, you will be charged a flat £5.95 fee for using our pre-paid returns service, this will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • We are unable to refund your original shipping costs.
  • If you do not wish to use this service, you can return the items via your own method and cost. We recommend using a tracked service. The return address to send to is; L.A-S Returns, Latitude Logistics, Unit J2, Lyntown Trading Estate, Lynwell Road, Eccles, M30 9QG
